Byron Tumbach, CPA, CMA
Board Chair
Town Councilor, Resident of Lumsden since January 2012 Manager, Accounting and Public Reporting, Corporate Services, Ministries of Justice and Attorney General, and Corrections, Policing and Public Safety. Byron is one of two representatives for the Town of Lumsden.
He serves as St. Peter’s Lumsden, Parish Treasurer. Married to the most important woman, Laurel, valued by son Carson and daughter Morgan. Interests are family, community and adding value to life. When not working or attending meetings he can be found reading, listening to music and pulling weeds in the yard and garden.

Caroline Hoffart, RPN, B.Ed., MHRD.
In July, 2017, Caroline Hoffart moved to Lumsden from Regina to enjoy the country pace. She is a proud mother of five adult children and now enjoys being a grandmother of 8 grandkiddos ranging in age from 12 years to 2 months old. They keep her happy and young at heart.She is a Town of Lumsden municipal representative and began her term June 2020.
Caroline chairs the Strategic Planning Committee and is also a member of the Quality and Service Delivery Committee. Caroline is the Program Head of the Saskatchewan Polytechnic Psychiatric Nursing and Mental Health and Addictions Counseling programs. Since her psychiatric nursing career began in 1975, she has worked and supervised students in long term care for many years. She has a passion for improving the quality of life for senior citizens, especially those living in long term care.

Krista Mansbridge
Krista Mansbridge joined the Board in May 2021 as the representative for the Village of Silton. She is a member of the Audit and Finance Committee.

Krista has lived in Silton for 25 years and works for the Regina Police Service as a Communications Supervisor in dispatch and 9-1-1. She is just starting her 27th year at RPS. Krista has worked on several councils over the years and completed a term as director for the Regina Police Association. Krista has one daughter, Allie, who is now her angel.

Krista is excited about her position on the board as she believes in the Lumsden Heritage Home and the great care they provide to the residents.

Gail Russell, BA, MA
Gail is one of two representatives of the RM of Lumsden appointed to the Board of the Heritage Home. She is the current chair the Audit and Finance Committee of the board.

Gail was raised on the Russell family farm near Craven and owned the Craven Bakery in the 1980s. She has served in a variety of capacities in the provincial government until 2012. Gail owns land and resides in the RM of Lumsden.
​
Gail believes in evidence based decision making with the goal of family centered high quality care that is delivered in a fiscally responsible manner by a caring and professional staff. She believes that the Heritage Home, residents, and staff are an important part of the Lumsden and area communities.

John Langford
John Langford is one of the appointed Board Representatives for the RM of Lumsden #189.

John was born in England in 1946, raised on a farm and moved to Canada at the age of 20. He landed in Regina in 1967 and moved to a market Garden at Craven in 1970 where he still resides today. John was married in 1969 and has three children.
John has been president of the Saskatchewan Vegetable Growers Association, Chaired the Saskatchewan Vegetable Marketing Commission and administered the Advance Payment for Crops program for the Vegetable industry. In 2016 he was elected to council in the RM Lumsden 189 and was re-elected in 2020.
John retired three years ago to live the quiet life on the farm.

Marral Meadows
Marral Meadows joined the board in November 2021 and serves on both the Governance and the Audit & Finance committees.
She grew up near Craven on her parent’s greenhouse & market garden operation and attended school in Lumsden. Both of Marral’s parents received excellent care from and in, the Heritage Home.
Marral and her husband Mark reside in the village of Craven with their pets. They have a combined family of five adult kids and five grandkids, as well as many grandpets.
Marral works fulltime as a quality assurance technician for a large manufacturer near Regina. Her hobbies including golfing with her local besties, taking part in aviation events with her husband, playing cards with friends and participating as a member of the Lumsden Lions.
Her interest in the LDHH is in ensuring a continued high quality of life for its residents, especially since she fully expects to be one of those residents in the future.

Jim Selinger
Jim Selinger is a lifelong resident and current serving Councilor in the Village of Dilke.
Jim joined the LDHH Board in 2021 as a representative for the Village of Dilke, and is also a serving member of the LDHH Communications and Strategic Planning Committee.
When Jim is not busy working at Bethune Co-op, he works at the annual Canadian Western Agribition in Regina, enjoys volunteering for the Saskatchewan Rough Rider games, serves on the Board of St. Boniface Church, and has served on various other boards in the Village of Dilke.
In his spare time, Jim enjoys visiting with family and friends, exploring Saskatchewan, working in his shop and gardening.

Jane Cogger
I worked in the banking industry for a total of 45 years and am now retired. I served as a
town counsellor with the Town of Lumsden for 10 years. I was involved with the Optimist
Club when it existed in Lumsden and also served on the Board with Lumsden Curling
Club. I love golfing, yard work and being outdoors. I have 2 grown kids and 4 beautifulgrandchildren.

Tammy Knuttila
Tammy Knuttila joined the Board in June of 2023 as the representative for the RM of Dufferin #190. She is Chair of the Quality and Service Delivery Committee.
40 years in the municipal administration field has provided Tammy with the opportunity to work for the Council’s at a number of municipalities from Corman Park, Biggar, Lakeland and Dufferin. Tammy grew up in Saskatoon and has lived in Bethune since 2022. She has two grown children that live in Martensville and Calgary. When not working, Tammy enjoys spending time with her two pups and volunteering on the CPA Saskatchewan Scholarship Fund Board in the position of Treasurer.
Tammy enjoys her position on the board as she believes in the Lumsden Heritage Home and the important contribution the home makes to the surrounding community and its residents.

Mary Harman
Mary was raised on a farm in the Loreburn district, attended the U of S obtaining her B Sc degree before joining the RCMP.

She served for 31 years in various capacities throughout the province, retiring after co-managing the Staffing/recruiting unit in “F” Division HQ.
​
Mary was one of the original members of the “Quilting for the Community and still enjoys this group fundraising for the Heritage Home. Mary’s mother was a resident of the Heritage Home for several years. The care and attention from the amazing staff at the Home was outstanding!
​
After residing in the Lumsden district for many years, Mary and her husband, Fred, moved to the lake (Shore Acres) where they enjoy having their two adult children close by and more importantly their 4 grandsons!
Mary looks forward to contributing.

Brian Weisbrod
Brian is a lifelong resident and current Reeve in the RM of Dufferin after serving as councillor for 17 years. He also served previously on the LDHH Board for 4 years. He joined the Board again in 2024 as a
representative of the RM of Dufferin.
Brian was raised on a farm south of Disley. When he retired from farming, he started Superior Forklift in Regina, where he is currently assisting new ownership with the transition after the sale.
He possesses a Journeyperson qualification as a Millright. His interests include travel, working in his shop, Saskatchewan Roughriders and Toronto Blue Jays, and gardening, and pool gatherings with family.
He looks forward to contributing to the Board ensuring a high quality of life for the residents of the Lumsden and District Heritage Home.

Kim Moore-Ciesielski
I recently moved from Ottawa, ON to Lumsden, SK with my husband after his retirement of 35 years of dedicated and loyal service with the RCAF. Throughout the years, I have had the opportunity to work and travel in North America during his career and I have also been fortunate enough to work in various positions and specialties as a nursing officer and civilian nurse. I am currently working full-time as a nurse medical adjudicator managing disability claims for the Department of National Defence.
We have raised 3 children who now live across Canada with their partners/families in their respective communities and we also have 2 grandchildren who bring us much joy whether it be in person visits or by facetime. In my spare time, I enjoy traveling, gardening, biking, paddleboarding, walking, cooking and crafting.
My intent as a member on the board (LDHH) is to be an active participant to ensure family centered, best practice quality care for seniors in long term care within this wonderful community.

Cody Jordison
Cody Jordison has worked in Emergency Medical Services for over 20 years. Locally he is on his 3rd term as councillor for the RM of Lumsden and 2nd term as Director with SARM.
Cody brings a deep understanding of how healthcare operates in this region as well as extensive knowledge of how boards should operate.

Carol Youck-Cousins
B. Ed, B.A., M.Ed.
Carol worked as a teacher and K-12 Mathematics Consultant for the Prairie Valley School Division. In retirement, she still runs her own mathematics tutoring business.
Carol has been a resident of Lumsden since 1992 and began her teaching career in the community where she taught for 25 years. Her involvement with the Heritage Home began when taking Lumsden students to the Home for visits, choir or drama performances, arts and crafts, etc. She recognizes the Heritage Home as an important part of the community. Carol’s involvement with the Heritage Home has become more personal since her mother moved into the facility this winter.
In addition, she is a member of the Lumsden Community Quilters, an organization that raises funds for the Home. Carol believes that what sets the Lumsden and District Heritage Home apart from other homes for the elderly is the exceptional quality of care that the staff provides.
Carol has two adult sons who grew up in Lumsden, but now live in Regina and in Cape Breton, NS. Her husband is a retired City of Regina Fire Fighter.
